    • Black Dog Institute: The Black Dog Institute provides information about mental heath and wellbeing as well as fact sheets, self-help tools and apps.
    • Headspace: Headspace offers online and telephone counselling services for young people aged 12-25, as well as their families and friends. The website also has lots of information, fact sheets and resources on mental health.
    • Mood Gym: Mood Gym is an online self-help program for depression and anxiety.
    • Centre for Clinical Interventions: Centre for Clinical Interventions has a wealth of information about various psychological problems, as well as worksheets and online modules.

    • Smiling Mind: Smiling Mind is a free guided meditation app, which helps to teach mindfulness skills to assist people in dealing with the pressure, stress and challenges of daily life. There are specific programs suitable for all ages, including children, teenagers and adults.
    • Headspace: Headspace is an app that teaches the basics of meditation and mindfulness. It offers bite-sized meditations for busy schedules, and hundreds of themed sessions on everything from stress to sleep. You can try it for free, with the option to subscribe after the free trial period.
